How We Started
Love N Care was founded in 2010 by owner and CEO Tessa Sterling Richards. After working for over 20 years at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, she used her vast knowledge of patient care to establish her company, Love N Care. Over the years she has provided excellent care for her clients and has brought comfort and compassion to many families that needed knowledgeable, hands-on help when caring for their loved ones. In 2021, Tessa’s granddaughter Canice Watson took an active role in the company. She assumed the position of COO and has tirelessly worked to expand the company to its full potential. Canice has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health and has been caring for Love N Care clients for over 7 years. Along with their team of experienced caregivers, they will bring respect, love, and care into the lives of their clients.
